I have tested all of the steps which you have mentioned with no luck. FYI I have changed the directory security to anonymous but it's running under a domain user which is a domain administrator. If it still doesn't work, check the security settings of the Trusted Sites and change the User Authentication to "Automatic logon with current username and password."
